Refund Policy

Your satisfaction is our top priority. If you're not absolutely satisfied with your purchase,

you may qualify for a return, refund or exchange within 30 days of your purchase date.



If you are not satisfied with your haircare product purchase you may request a return within 30 days of purchase. Unfortunately, at this time, we’re unable to offer you a refund or replacement once 30 days of purchase has passed.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, with original packaging.

To request a return, kindly email us at with your order confirmation number, reason for return, a picture of your product. We’ll be in correspondence with you, via email on the next steps.

We do not accept returns on the basis that there is an upcoming sale or promotion.


REFUNDS (where applicable):

Given the case that you as our customer are dissatisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may qualify for a refund within 30 days of your purchase date, which will be granted after reviewing and analyzing each specific case.

To request a refund, kindly email us at with your order confirmation number, reason for refund and a picture of your product.

We will notify you via email of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Refunds will be credited in the same form as the original payment type and will post to your account within 14 business days of approving the return.

Note: We cannot refund orders that are in-transit. 


SALES & PROMOTIONS (where applicable) 

Only regular priced items may be returned and or refunded. Discounted items and those purchased during sales or promotional events e.g. Launches, Black Friday/Cyber Monday, Holiday exclusives are not returnable or refundable.


EXCHANGES (where applicable)

We’re happy to replace items if they are damaged or defective.


When your order arrives, kindly inspect the product for any damages that may have occurred during shipping. If the item you received was damaged, immediately take images of the box and the product inside.

Send us an email at  with these pictures together with your order number to request a refund or replacement.

We can only honor refunds or replacements when we have photos of the damaged items.


If you received a defective item and would like a replacement, kindly email us at with your order number, request for replacement, including a photo of the packaging as well as the damaged product.
